RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
On I Medici Knives it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal as provided for by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code), in a simple and fast way without explanation, provided that the withdrawal is communicated to Preview Srl.
Please note. It is important to remember that the right of withdrawal can NOT be exercised:

- In the event that the goods have been purchased by a Professional user with a VAT number;
- In the event that the order concerned products made to measure or based on your particular requests;
- In the case of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons and / or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to Preview Srl, Piazza dei Servi 11, 55100 Lucca (LU), informing Preview Srl of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal through an explicit declaration , using the model withdrawal form that you will find at the bottom of this document or any other explicit declaration. The request for withdrawal must be sent no later than 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, a term which runs from:
- In the case of an order relating to a single product, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product;
- In the case of multiple goods ordered by you through a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last product;
- In the case of an order relating to the delivery of a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.

The reimbursement of the purchase price will be made only after the integrity of the returned product has been verified by Preview Srl, by crediting the sums on the same payment instrument used for the purchase, within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods at its headquarters.
The products sold on I Medici Knives are original and are shipped in their authentic packaging. During the return phase, the products must be returned in perfect condition, complete with all the elements, in their original packaging and without having been used, worn or damaged. You will therefore be required to take every possible precaution in order to ensure the integrity of the returned product. Therefore, products returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, deteriorated, dirty or in any other condition that could reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn, cannot be refunded or replaced.
